Who said you can’t have nachos for breakfast – we say you can! Kids like to try fruits when they are served in fun ways. Try this neat recipe at home or in your KES Club. If you have peanut allergies you can substitute the peanut butter for yogurt and honey. Serve with a healthy whole grain and milk to ensure a balanced breakfast. This is also a great recipe to serve at birthday parties and family gatherings.
