Very Merry Christmas Bark!

We featured this fun festive recipe in our Kids Eat Smart Recipe Box this month and hope you can try it!  It’s a great time to try something different and get kids excited about the holidays.  This is a recipe that can be prepared ahead of time and left in the freezer to easily serve up in the morning.

Very Merry Christmas Bark

Ingredients

• 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
• 1 cup mixed fruit (kiwi, strawberry, mango, blueberries)
• 1 small tree shaped cookie cutter
• Parchment paper

Directions

Thinly slice fruit lengthwise.  Using a tree shaped cookie cutter, cut a tree from each slice. Line a rimmed baking sheet with  parchment paper. Pour the yogurt onto the baking sheet and spread evenly.  Place mixed fruit throughout yogurt.  Freeze until  solid.  Cut into sections and place in baggies.  Return to freezer until ready to serve.
