Try this fun recipe at home this summer or as a special treat for your KES Club this week! It’s a simple recipe that you can get the kids involved in making.
Strawberry Blueberry Frozen Yogurt Bark
- 1 cup plain yogurt (we use whole milk)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 4 strawberries sliced
Mix the yogurt with maple syrup and place onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Top yogurt with blueberries and strawberries. Freeze for 6-8 hours or overnight. Break up and serve.
