Try this neat Easter platter at your KES Club or at home over the Easter Holiday’s! Here’s how it’s made:
What you’ll need:
- Yellow Peppers
- Red Onions
- Tortilla wrap
1. Send all ingredients through food processor separately. 2. Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon of cream cheese, and a layer of each fruit or vegetable. Then, tightly wrapped it up.
3. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap. Then let it sit in the fridge for several hours to firm up, so it’s easier to cut.
4. Then, just before serving, you can cut it up. After your tortilla rolls have sufficiently chilled, slice each one about 1 inch thick. Use a serrated knife so you don’t crush your rolls. You want them to stay round, or oval.
