Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Have these neat snacks today at home with your kids or tomorrow at your KES Breakfast Club.  Try and find the lucky pot of gold at the end of this healthy rainbow!  Including festive themes fruits and veggies at home or at your KES Club is a great way to get kids to try new foods!

All you’ll need:

  • Green, red, orange and yellow peppers
  • Cauliflower
  • Guacamole
