Overnight Oatmeal!

Preparing breakfast ahead of time can help out on those busy school mornings at your KES Club or at home. Try out this easy and nutritious recipe this week! Adding fresh or frozen fruit with a glass of milk will ensure you are getting 3 of the 4 food groups from Eating Well with Canada’s Food Guide.

Overnight Oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 banana


Stir everything together in a bowl. Place in fridge overnight. In the morning top with fresh or frozen fruit.
