Going Green for St. Paddy’s Day!

 

Serve a sea of green to your Kids Eat Smart Clubs this week.  It’s easy being green with these grab and go breakfast ideas for St. Paddy’s Day:

  • Veggies to Go – celery, green pepper, snap peas & broccoli in a cup with a scoop of hummus
  • Fruit Salad – green grapes, green apple chunks & honeydew melon cubes in a cup or kabob
  • Green Eggs – scramble eggs with pureed spinach, top with mozza cheese & serve in a wrap
