- Veggies to Go – celery, green pepper, snap peas & broccoli in a cup with a scoop of hummus
- Fruit Salad – green grapes, green apple chunks & honeydew melon cubes in a cup or kabob
- Green Eggs – scramble eggs with pureed spinach, top with mozza cheese & serve in a wrap
