Check out this neat recipe for your Kids Eat Smart Breakfast Club this week. Kids will love these bite size delicious parfait’s!
What you’ll need:
- Granola (Don’t forget to check for allergies in your school)
- Fruit – Diced kiwi, strawberries, or blueberries
- Wonton wrappers or whole wheat pita
Use Wonton Wrappers or whole wheat pita and press them into a mini muffin tin and bake at 375 for about 8 minutes or until they started to turn golden. Fill with yogurt fruit, granola and berries. Serve and enjoy!
