Serve your smoothie with a side of whole wheat toast and a boiled egg and you have a well balanced breakfast which includes foods from all 4 food groups. All you need for your smoothie:
- Low Fat Yogurt
- Fresh or Frozen Fruits
- Splash of Milk or 100% Fruit Juice
