Try this delicious and festive treat for dinner tonight!
North Pole Fruit and Veggie Kabobs
Ingredients
- Green fruit and vegetables – kiwi, green grapes, honeydew melon, green apples, broccoli florets, green pepper, celery
- Red fruit and vegetables – strawberries, raspberries, cherries, red grapes, red grapefruit, red apples, watermelon, radishes, red pepper, cherry tomatoes
- Skim milk cheese cubes
- Skewer sticks
Directions
- Build North Pole kabobs by alternating various red and green fruit and vegetables and a few small cheese cubes
