Kids Eat Smart Foundation

Over 4500 volunteers in 183 clubs throughout the province.

Kids Eat Smart Clubs are run by volunteers who realize that a nutritional start can make all the difference to a child's performance in school and life. Parents, grandparents, community service groups, church groups, employees of businesses, the RCMP, sports teams… a wide a variety of people are Kids Eat Smart volunteers because they care about the kids in their community.

There are many different positions that a volunteer can take within a Kids Eat Smart Club. All Kids Eat Smart programs need a Volunteer Co-ordinator, a Shopper, a Record Keeper, a Fundraiser, as well as the scores of daily volunteers who make the toast, cut the fruit, and pour the cereal and milk.
