Kids Eat Smart Foundation Board of Directors is made up of volunteers who give generously of their time, skills and experience to provide the Foundation with leadership and direction. These volunteers come from a wide range of disciplines, businesses and professions. They are united by their concern for children and their belief that Kids Eat Smart Foundation is an investment in children.

The Executive Director of the Kids Eat Smart Foundation is an ex-officio member of the Board of Directors and all committees.

John Neville — Chair of the Board — John Neville is formerly President Carillion Canada Inc/McNamara, presently principal Neville & Butler. John chairs the Foundation's Corporate Campaign Team.

Brian Stacey — Vice-Chair — Brian is the Manager of Drilling and Completions in East Coast Canada for Suncor. Brian chairs the Foundation's Development and Awareness Committee.

Steve Power — Treasurer — Steve is a CA and partner with Grant Thornton LLP.

Don Anthony – Don is a lawyer and partner with O'Brien & Anthony and is Chair of the Fundraising/Special Events Team.

Jack Brenton – Jack is President and Co-owner of the Brenton Group of Companies, Marystown.

Beverley Clarke – Beverly is the Chief Operating Officer of Eastern Health Community, Children's, Mental Health and Addictions Services.

Ron Croke – Ron is a member of the VOCM Cares Foundation Board of Directors and owner of Budget Blinds.

Paula Dawe – Paula Dawe is a retired teacher. She runs the Kids Eat Smart program at Peacock Elementary, Happy Valley-Goose Bay.

Lesley French – Lesley French is a Registered Dietitian working as a Regional Nutritionist for Western Health. Lesley chairs the Foundation's Program Committee

Terry Greene – Terry is the Manager of Commercial Banking, NL Region with TD Canada Trust.

Wilma Hartmann – Wilma is the COO of Applecore Interactive and is Chair of the Communications Team.

Heather Hillier – Heather is Senior Administration Officer (Corporate) for the Nova Central School District.

Paul McDonald – Paul is a lawyer and partner with Cox and Palmer.

Alfred Whiffen – Alfred is the Vice-President of Sales and Marketing for Avalon Microelectronics.
